
Cultivate Co-op hosts a training conference geared toward filling up and equipping local Youth Ministry leaders. The YMC is a TED-talk-style event with top-tier communicators and roundtable discussions with fellow leaders.

Ashley Bohinc
Ashley Bohinc, Founder and CEO of Make It Middle School, has spent over 20 years serving the next generation through education, athletics, and ministry. With a passion for creating meaningful experiences for middle schoolers, she’s a sought-after speaker, coach, and consultant. Ashley’s background includes roles in public education, church ministry, and curriculum development, and she has authored influential books and co-hosted ministry podcasts. Additionally, she serves as the Executive Director of Carry 117, an Ethiopian ministry focused on empowering women. Outside of work, Ashley enjoys gardening, traveling, and unpacking the meaning behind the latest Taylor Swift lyrics.

Grant Skeldon
Grant Skeldon has a passion for finding and uniting diverse, dynamic young leaders to reach this generation. He serves as the Next Gen Director for THINQ with Gabe and Rebekah Lyons. THINQ helps people develop cultural discernment, engage any topic with confidence, and create conversations that lead to wisdom.
He has written for The Wall Street Journal, Relevant, The Gospel Coalition, and is the youngest leader to be featured on the cover of Outreach Magazine. His book, The Passion Generation has helped thousands of pastors and leaders to reach, raise, and retain the next generation.
Grant and his wife Cheyanne reside in Nashville, Tennessee, where he serves on the preaching team at Way Church.

Ken Castor
After 30+ years of next generation ministry, Dr. Ken is balder in his hairline but bolder in his faith in Jesus.
Ken is the general editor of the exciting new Make a Difference Youth Bible. He is also the NextGen Pastor at Wooddale Church, a Bible teacher, and ministry trainer. He worked as the “Blue Letters Editor” of the Award-winning Jesus-Centered Bible, and has written numerous resources like Grow Down, and the Bible Trivia Devotional.
Ken and his wife Kathy have an enjoyable life in Minnesota with their brilliantly witty and sometimes freezing family.

Josh Griffin
Josh Griffin is one of the leading voices in youth ministry with 25+ years of experience in the trenches and is currently the junior high pastor at Mariners Church in Irvine, CA.
He served for 13 years at Saddleback Church as the High School Pastor under the leadership of Rick Warren. He's also the co-founder of DownloadYouthMinistry.com and hosts a 400+ episode youth ministry podcast with Doug Fields.
He's created more than 50 youth ministry resources and authored several books. Josh and his wife Angela have 4 teenagers of their own.
