Designed to extend and amplify the excitement and anticipation of Rocky Mountain High, the event features powerful worship and teaching, with occasional extra sessions for parent or worship leader training.
Youth Ministry Conference 2025
The Youth Ministry Conference, held in early- to mid-fall at NWC in Orange City, IA, is an event designed to equip, encourage, and support area youth leaders, both paid and volunteer. With top-tier communicators and roundtable discussions, the conference offers a rare opportunity for youth leaders to invest in themselves and gain valuable insights, as well as create and deepen connections with fellow ministry leaders.

Middle School Retreat 2026
The Middle School Retreat, held every April at Hidden Acres in Dayton, IA, is an exciting weekend getaway for junior high students and their adult leaders. Led by a collaboration of area college students, the retreat features worship sessions, breakout discussions, outdoor recreation and games, creating a memorable and impactful experience for all attendees.

Power Connection
Power Connection is an event for middle school students currently in grades 6 - 8 and their adult leaders. Power Connection’s Mission Statement is to provide an opportunity for the Holy Spirit to transform the beliefs of students and adult leaders into a lifestyle of faith in Jesus Christ.
HIS Work Camp
HIS (Hands In Service) Work Camp is a work camp experience offered to high school students and adult leaders. Our mission is to encourage students and adults to strive and honor God as they serve physically, share their faith relationally and grow spiritually.
Middle School Retreat
Middle School Retreat is a fun weekend for middle school students, 6th-8th grades and their leaders. Synod Youth Ministries partners with college students to plan a weekend filled with worship, large group sessions, breakout sessions, recreation and games.
Youth Ministry Conference
Brand new this year, Cultivate Co-op is hosting a training conference geared towards filling up and equipping local Youth Ministry leaders. The YMC is a TED-talk style event with top-tier communicators and roundtable discussion with fellow leaders.
